To provide our automated video publishing and scheduling services, we collect and store the following categories of information:

• Account & Authentication Data: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and generate a secure user identifier (User ID) via Supabase Auth to authenticate your account and isolate your workspace.
• Google & YouTube OAuth Data: When you choose to connect your YouTube channel, we request authorized access tokens and basic channel profile information (such as your YouTube Channel ID and channel name) via Google OAuth. This allows our platform to publish videos directly to your authorized channel on your behalf.
• Video Content & Metadata: Video files uploaded by you to your workspace, along with associated titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail settings, scheduling timestamps, and publishing status.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and session tokens necessary for secure operation, diagnostics, and security auditing.

We use the collected information exclusively for providing and maintaining core platform functionality:

• To authenticate your login credentials and enforce Row Level Security (RLS) workspace isolation.
• To securely interface with the YouTube API using your authorized Google OAuth credentials to upload, schedule, and publish YouTube Shorts.
• To execute scheduled automated publishing jobs and maintain your video queue.
• To provide customer support, account administration, and notify you of service updates or subscription renewals.

Our application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use access to connected YouTube channels to perform actions explicitly requested by you (such as uploading and publishing YouTube Shorts).
• We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data or YouTube channel tokens to any third parties.
• We do not use data obtained through Google APIs to serve interest-based advertisements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information:

• Supabase Database & RLS: User records, video metadata, and OAuth tokens are stored in secure Supabase PostgreSQL databases protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring complete multi-tenant workspace isolation.
• Secure Hosting: The application is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel) with HTTPS encryption in transit.

You retain full control over your connected accounts and data:

• Disconnect YouTube Channel: You can disconnect your YouTube channel integration at any time directly from the platform settings.
• Delete Individual Videos: Customers can delete individual video files and associated metadata directly from their video library at any time.
• Account & Data Deletion Requests: Customers can request complete account, workspace, and data deletion by contacting the platform administrator through our official WhatsApp support channel.
